How the Default Unit Cost was Determined
The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) projects a range of costs
for concrete curbing. Cast-in-place concrete curbing is $16-22 per
linear foot as part of a larger roadway project and $26-37 per linear
foot as part of a sidewalk project. Granite curbing is estimated at $24
linear foot as both the midpoint of concrete curbing and granite cost.
