This case study presents the results of structured interviews with nine State bicycle or bicycle/pedestrian coordinators from the States of California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, and Texas. It is based on information culled from these interviews, along with the author's experiences in working with such programs over the past 20 years, and an extensive literature review.
